- You will be able to download the data in realtime except for the Weekly Performace Emailer, which gets sent every Monday at 10 AM.
- All users having access to Intelligent Analytics tools will be able to download the above reports except for Bot Automation Drop Alerting. Only few selected users receive this over email.
- When you download a report, and if there is personal information present, the message gets masked in the report as well. However, if you have the required access, the information will be visible in the chat link.
