When you have deployed your bot on WhatsApp, you need to test it. While testing the bot on the Conversation Studio, you might not get the desired responses from the bot. The main reason for this is, that the phone number does not get captured when the bot is being tested on Conversation Studio, which is why the bot does not give desired responses.
On the other hand, when you test the bot on WhatsApp, the phone number is automatically captured, and hence the bot responds appropriately.
Here, when you test your bot on Conversation Studio, make sure you enter your phone number in the conversation, before starting the conversational flow on the bot. The bot would give a Bot Break, but that is fine, as the main motive of this step is to get the phone number captured on the bot.
Once you have done this, you can proceed with testing your bot.
