It might happen that you are getting logged out from the Smart Agent Chat tool, very frequently. You can try these steps mentioned below, so as to not get logged out from the tool.

Step 1: Open your bot, and navigate to the Smart Agent Chat tool. Here, you need to click on the lock icon beside the URL, after which you need to select Cookies, and you will get this pop-up. Here, you need to click on Remove button for removing all cookies, and then click on the Done button, as shown.

Step 2: Once you are done with the above step, you need to click on the vertical elipsis icon at the top-right corner of the screen, and select More Tools > Developer tools, as shown. 

Step 3: In Developer tools, you need to select the Application tab, and from the left navigation bar, select Local Storage, as shown.

Step 4: Next, under Local Storage you will see few options. Right-click on those, and select Clear, as shown.

Step 5: Follow the same process for Session Storage, and Cookies, as shown.

Step 6: Now, close the right-hand side panel, and do a hard refresh on the website by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R.
