If you are not able to access the Staging Environment, or after logging into Haptik, if you are getting logged into another data center, then you need to create a New User on the Staging Environment with the same email id you had used earlier. Make sure you use the same email id in place of the username too.
If this does not solve the issue, make sure you connect with our Support Team at support@haptik.ai. Our Support Team will help you in getting a new account created, using which you will be able to access the Staging Environment.
