Why is the agent not receiving the chats even after being online?

If the agent is online, and not receiving chats, then there is a possibility that the agent is online on Staging Environment, and not on the Production Environment.
Here, the agent needs to check the Environment first and make sure that he is online on the right environment to start receiving chats. This way the issue will be resolved.
