Whenever an Agent is added to a team, a particular algorithm is set for the Agent. This algorithm defines the number of chats an Agent would receive. You can read more about it, here.
In this case, if an Agent belongs to multiple teams, and each team has set a different algorithm for the Agent, then the Agent would get this error. Here, the Agent needs to make sure that the algorithm set for them is the same across all the teams they have been added to.
If an Agent is on multiple algorithms, the Agent needs to check which team is on a different algorithm than the rest, and once that is identified, the Agent can then choose to remove themself from the team that has a different algorithm set for them.
