The time that you see on the Message Composer area of the Smart Agent Chat tool is based on the time set on your browser.
If your Smart Agent Chat tool has a wrong date or time, that means your browser's time is incorrectly set. In this case, you need to correct your browser's time and select an appropriate time zone, or you can set it manually.
Once you have corrected the date and time on your browser, it will reflect on the Smart Agent Chat tool, as well.
