Overview
In a world increasingly driven by insights, Agile Analytics stands as a powerful tool that empowers our clients to transform data into actionable knowledge, making informed decisions with confidence. This feature also enables customers to create custom dashboards tailored to their business requirements.
Navigate to Intelligent Analytics with your Haptik login and select Agile Analytics on the left menu to use this feature. To enable Agile Analytics, customers will need to contact their Haptik SPOC.
With Agile Analytics, customers can analyze data from across Haptik's ecosystem, including Core IVA, Commerce+, and SAC. This data can be used to track bot funnels and user funnels, analyze bot traffic, perform user behavior analysis, and assess CSAT.
Why Agile Analytics?
Imagine having the ability to unlock a treasure trove of insights from the vast streams of data generated by conversations in our ecosystem. Agile Analytics makes this a reality. It offers a comprehensive and intuitive suite of analytical tools, enabling clients to delve deep into the metrics that matter most to their business success, as below.
- Analyzing bot funnels or user funnels: This feature allows customers to see how users are interacting with their bots, and identify any areas where they can improve the user experience.
- Analyzing bot traffic: This feature allows customers to see where their bots are getting the most traffic, and identify any opportunities to reach new users.
- User Behavior analysis: This feature allows customers to see when their customers are abandoning the bot and thereby, identify the root cause of the problem.
- CSAT analysis: This feature allows customers to see how satisfied their customers are with their bots, and identify any areas where they can improve the customer experience.
Standard and On Demand Dashboards
Agile Analytics offers two types of dashboards, as below.
Standard: Our pre-built standard dashboard provides instant insights, offering a snapshot of critical performance metrics under Overview section such as user conversations, timeline trends and CSAT analysis. With just a few clicks, clients can access vital information that informs their decision-making processes. One can also make use of the Commerce Use Case section for commerce funnels and user preference related metrics.
On Demand: Customers can create a custom dashboard that displays the data that is most important to them. This data can be visualized in a variety of ways, making it easy to understand and interpret. Below is an illustration displaying the important fields set by a customer like Product Funnels and Cart Distribution.
