What to do when the bot is not able to capture the correct Step?

If at the time of testing the bot, your bot is not able to trigger the right Step based on the User Messages, the first thing that you need to check is the Step that is supposed to be triggered, and make sure there is no other Step similar to that Step.
Secondly, if there are two Steps that have similar names but different intents, make sure you name them in a way, that the bot does not get confused when either of them is meant to be triggered through User Messages.
When it comes to naming, keep the Step names as distinguished as possible, and also follow the same in the dictionary of the entities.
For example: If you have two Steps - iPhone and iPhone+, make sure you name the latter one as iPhone Plus, so as to have a distinct difference between the two Step names.
