It might happen that your Agent is trying to send a response to the user, but the responses are not being delivered to the user. The reason this is happening is that the user has left the conversation 24 hours ago. 

What this means is, that if the user has left the conversation and it has been 24 hours since that, then the agent belonging to a business will not be able to respond to the user.
