Bot Personality defines the personality of your Bot responses, on Small Talk intents.
In order to choose a personality for your bot, you need to navigate to
Bot settings > Advanced Options > Personality
As shown in the above image, there are four personalities that you can choose for your bot, and these personalities have different responses for the Small talk intents.
Following are the Bot personalities that you can choose from -

Generic: When you choose this personality, the bot will give responses in a generic way. By default, the bot personality is set as generic.

Formal: When you choose this personality, the bot will respond to queries in a formal manner.

Casual: When you choose this personality, the bot would respond to queries in a casual manner.

Funny: When you choose this personality, the bot would respond humorously.
You can choose the personality which matches your brand.
