Getting "Account creation failed" error while creating a new user

While creating an account, you might get an error as "Account creation failed". One of the reasons for this could be that the email id you are using for creating this account might have been already used. This means an account is already mapped with this email id.

You will have to create an account with a new email id, and only then the account will be created successfully, as creating multiple accounts on a single email id is not supported on Haptik.

If you want to create multiple accounts then it is suggested to have separate email ids for each of the accounts. It helps in separating the user profiles who would log in to the system, as every user would have his/her own account.
