It might happen that you are able to access your bot on Production Environment, but on the other hand when you try to switch the Environment, from Production to Staging, you are not able to access the same bot.

In this scenario, you might not have the access to the bot on Staging, which is why you are not able to access it. Access for Staging and Production, both are given differently, and they are in no way inter-dependant on each other. 

Here, you can ask someone from your team who has access, to give you access to the bot. If no one has access, you can contact your Haptik SPOC who will help you in providing the access to your bot, from the backend.
