When you have deployed your bot on WhatsApp, and you come across this issue where the bot is not giving expected responses, you should check the following.
- You should test the bot on WhatsApp directly, every time there is an issue with respect to the Bot responses sent on WhatsApp.
- Next, you should check if there are any differences in User Messages, in the WhatsApp bot, and the test bot on the Staging Environment.
- If there are no differences, you should trace back the entire flow while keeping the Staging, Production, and WhatsApp bot open, as this will help you in figuring out where exactly the difference lies, and accordingly, you can make the changes.
If the issue persists, even after trying the above solutions, feel free to drop a mail to our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
