Feedback Smart Skill triggers the Feedback at the logical end of the query. It initially collects the ratings from the user, and further, it proceeds to ask the free form questions, to get the user's feedback in more detail.
Now, if you have disabled the Typing area of your bot, these questions are of no use, as the users won't be able to answer them.
Here, in this case, you can simply remove these free-form questions from the Bot Responses of the Feedback Smart Skill, and this will solve the issue.
