If you have created accounts for your Agents on Haptik, then they should be receiving their credentials over mail. In this case, if they haven't received their login credentials in their mailbox, you need to check the following -
- Check if the email ids are correctly configured.
- Check if the email ids have an access to the bot they are associated with.
These two solutions will work, and if at all this does not help, make sure you are contacting our Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
