If you have created the Code Step correctly, it should work. If your bot is breaking at the Code Step, there might be certain reasons for it, and we will discuss each one here.
- You should first check the code logs and see if there are any errors present in the logs.
- If there are no errors, then you should further check the logic of the Code Step, and see if there are any logic errors present.
- You should also check the HSL that is sent through the Code Step. Sometimes, the HSLs have the incorrect JSON and thus won't be supported on the SDK. If the JSON is incorrect of these HSLs, the Code Step will not trigger a response.
