If the Smart Agent Chat tool is not working for an agent, the agent should make the below checks.

  • They should first check the network logs on their browser, in order to see the error they are receiving while accessing the tool. Click here, to know how to check network logs.
  • They should do a hard refresh by clicking ctrl+F5 at the same time, after deleting the cookies on the browser.
  • If they are using VPN, then they should try to access Smart Agent Chat without VPN.
  • Lastly, after trying all the above solutions, if the issue still persists, they should reset their password using the Forgot Password option, at the time of logging in. Once the password is reset, they can retry to login.
