Well, in Data Export, Haptik shares the raw format JSON files) of all the indexes (conversation, agent metrics, feedback, message, and chat). It is up to you to analyze this data. Also, in order to enable Data Export, you need to reach out to your Haptik SPOC.
Whereas, in Brand Insights, Haptik shares customized CSV files, which are essentially the simplified forms of the raw files. This makes it easier to analyze them. You can directly plug these files into an external BI tool like Tableau, PowerBI, etc. to check the ROI metrics and Business Insights. Also, you can enable Brand Insights right from the Intelligent Analytics dashboard, without any support from Haptik SPOC.
