Why does the bot break when I select "No" as an answer to "Was I able to help you?"

At the end of the conversation, the bot collects the feedback from the user if the user feedback feature has been enabled in the bot. At the time of feedback collection, the bot asks "Was I able to help you?" to which there are two responses that the user can choose from, either Yes or No.
If, after choosing No the bot breaks, that means there is some issue with the Step that corresponds to No as a response from the user.
Here, what you can do is, navigate to the "No" Feedback node Step, and add User Messages to it as shown. With this, the bot will be able to trigger this Step and it will not break.
