Following are the key features that are supported on CIBIL Integration.

1. Raise Disputes

You can add an option on your bot for users to raise a dispute, or for asking questions related to CIBIL scores or records, if they have been generated inaccurately. 

2. Check Report for others

You can add an option where you can check the CIBIL report, by adding an alternate number.

3. Insurance options

You can provide an insurance option for the users, based on the score that has been generated for them. If the score is good, even the insurance process gets easier.

4. Eligibility criteria

You can display eligibility criteria for loans, as well as for insurance, as per the generated CIBIL report.

5. Payment and loan history

You can add an option for checking the payment and loan history after the report has been generated.

6. Loan option for users with low CIBIL score

You can also provide options of loans that do not require a CIBIL score or loans that do not depend on high CIBIL scores. This can help the users who have a low CIBIL score. 

7. Tenure differences

You can show the differences in loan tenures, as per the CIBIL score, eligibility, and loan options. 

8. Check interest rates

If the CIBIL score is higher, the user will have to pay cheaper interest rates on loans. Hence, you can add an option where the users can check the interest rates, based on their CIBIL scores. 

9. Show benefits and rewards

You can show the benefits and rewards to the users, based on their CIBIL score

10. Display discounts on loan processing fees

You can also display details about discounts on loan processing fees, as per the user's CIBIL score.
