Feedback plays an integral role in improving your bot. Unless you know what your users are thinking about the bot, what their views are about the bot, you would not be able to improve your bot. The reviews given by the users serve as an effective medium for making advancements and updates to improve the bot's overall performance.
Feedback is collected in the conversational flow, i.e. when the user reaches the logical end of the conversational journey, the feedback is collected from the user, and this feedback data is present in the CSAT section of the Intelligent Analytics tool.
