Bot Personality defines the personality of your Bot responses, on Small Talk intents.
In order to choose a personality for your bot, you need to navigate to
Bot settings > Advanced Options > Personality
As shown in the above image, there are four personalities that you can choose for your bot, and these personalities have different responses for the Small talk intents.
Following are the Bot personalities that you can choose from -

Generic: When you choose this personality, the bot will give responses in a generic way. By default, the bot personality is set as generic. Generic bot personality goes with all the use cases.

Formal: When you choose this personality, the bot will respond to queries in a formal manner. This personality can be used by banking sectors or government organizations.

Casual: When you choose this personality, the bot would respond to queries in a casual manner. A casual bot personality for the bot can be used by college or school institutions.

Funny: When you choose this personality, the bot would respond humorously. A funny bot personality for the bot can be used by school institutions.
You can choose the personality which matches your brand.
