It might happen that you have added all the User Messages appropriately in your bot, and yet at the time of testing, the bot breaks. In this case, you need to check where this User Message(the one causing Bot Break) has been added, whether it is under the Independent Responses, or the Negative Responses of the User Message section.
If the message causing bot break is under the Negative Responses, make sure you delete it and add it as Intependent Response.
