Why is the Feedback flow not working properly?

When a user has a conversation with the bot, the bot asks for feedback at the end of the conversation. Here, the bot would ask if the user is satisfied with the information given by the bot, or was the bot able to help the user. In both cases, the user is supposed to respond with a Yes or a No, after which the Feedback flow moves ahead. You can learn more about it, here.
Here, it might happen that even after the user responds with a Yes or No response, the bot would not capture it and it would request the user to respond with a Yes or No, as shown in the image below.
The reason this happens is because the value of Yes is not being stored in the feedback entity due to the system's previous context tags. In order to ensure that the value is captured, the follow-up message should have a context tag from the entity Feedback_yes_or_no_value.
