Haptik provides configuration with various External chat tools. To name a few, you can configure your bot with Freshchat, Salesforce service cloud, and so on.
You can navigate to the Agent Escalation page, by visiting the Conversation Studio tool of your bot, as shown.
Let us take an example for Freshchat integration. Consider, you want to have agent handover setup on your bot, and the tool you want to use for agent communication is Freshchat. To do the following, you can simply click on the Freshchat tool on the screen, as shown.
Once you have selected the Freshchat tool, you can now start with the configuration. You can also check the document alongside to get a better picture of what needs to be done.
