For AI Recommendations to work, the bot needs to have at least 5 users on Intelligent Analytics. If the bot has fewer users than 5, the AI Recommendations will not work. Apart from that, when you publish the bot, the old data related to AI Recommendations is discarded, which is also one of the reasons why you are not able to see any data in the AI Recommendations dashboard.
