If there is an API Failure, the first thing that you should do is to check the Code Step, as well as the Code logs. You can select the Code Step, and you can check the following in the logs -
- Check the name of the users added, and make sure they are in alphabetical form and not numeric.
- Make sure the userType is correctly defined in the code.
