Bot Break is a condition that occurs when a query has been asked on the bot and the bot fails to answer it. This happens because the bot does not understand the query.
In the given image, you can see a representation of a Bot Break message.
Here, when the user asked "Hi, please tell me about differentiation in mathematics", the bot responded with the generic Bot Break message - "I am sorry, I didn't understand that."
There are various ways in which you can handle Bot Break situations. One of the ways is to understand which query is triggering a Bot Break, and accordingly train the bot on this query.
